We are looking for OPERATION MANAGER – with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Assist the Operation Manager to develop overall strategies and initiatives for daily operations and management
• To manage, train, motivate and mentor frontline with expectations of their respective plans
• Continuously improve the structure of the local Corporate Operations Team and manage it for maximal cooperation and productivity
• Ensure kitchen operations are aligned with the respective corporate strategy
• Be responsible for financial control, cost control and business analysis
• Can work under pressure
• Reports directly to founder
• Oversee the business with full P&L responsibility, sales & marketing strategy formulation and implementation, identify business opportunities and risk
• Lead, direct and follow up on each negotiation process on all Catering Sales leads
• Ensure daily smooth operation & meeting Company standard
• Contribute to business growth
• Office location : Tsuen Wan

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• 5 years working experience focus in F&B management
• Mature, analytical with strong passion for F&B
• Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
