The job holder’s responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young person’s for whom s/he is responsible, or with whom s/he comes into contact will be to adhere to and ensure compliance with the relevant Cognita Safeguarding; Child Protection Policy and Procedures at all times. If in the course of carrying out the duties of the role, the job holder identifies any instance that a child is suffering or likely to suffer significant harm either at school or at home, s/he must report any concerns to the School’s Child Protection Officer/Designated Safeguarding Lead or to the Head of indeed to the Regional CEO so that a referral can be made accordingly to the relevant third part services.
Responsibility:
- Create and produce professional design and artworks for print, advertising and digital marketing campaign materials in accordance with brand guidelines to enhance school profile, drive visitation and increase audience engagement.
- Liaise with printers and media outlets to produce and dispatch artwork in the correct format and within agreed timelines, monitor outgoing artwork for accuracy and oversee the production of press and print material from electronic artwork stage through to completion, delivery and installation.
- Work closely with members of the Marketing team and Heads of School on school collaterals, event activities and manage specific projects.
- Website Management including liaison with vendors and gatekeeping the content implementation to ensure a seamless user journey.
- Oversight and/or production of high-quality photographs, video and audio clips for the website, social media and promotional use.
- Develop and maintain a consistent corporate image.
- Coordinate the marketing and communications design needs of internal stakeholders to ensure concepts are developed in line with brand guidelines.
- Assist with proofreading and copywriting when required
- Work with Marketing Communications Manager on marketing budget, ROI, competitive analysis, data collection, and post-event analysis / optimisation.
- Guardian for all Woodland Brand Guidelines
- Support marketing team during event activities
Requirement:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign and Photoshop) and other design / publishing software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong project management skills, with proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Experience in print production management
- Knowledge of print and digital media landscape in Asia
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Understanding of the Education industry a plus
