Job Description

To lead the overall eCommerce function for the Company, he/ she is responsible to develop eCommerce strategy across China, Hong Kong and Macao including but not limited to eCommerce customer(s)- to “B” and to “C” customer(s) development, eCommerce channel operations as well as digital marketing planning and partner with external vendor(s) to expand eCom platforms especially in China.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop eCommerce Strategies across markets and Customers Development to drive eCom business growth and establish a solid eCom position for the Company in China, Hong Kong and Macao.
  • Work closely with external partners, suppliers, developer, marketing agencies for eCommerce channel(s)/ platform initiatives and execution plan.
  • Lead and continue enhance the Company eShop, knowledge in products selection, value chain calculation, logistics in eCommerce sector.
  • Partner with internal functions like Sales & Marketing for marketing and communications strategies across digital channels including social media (e.g. WeChat, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), website, mobile apps and other digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to manage digital marketing plan, calendar, channel feedback and data report.
  • Study the local market and the competitors to give insight on new and effective social media strategy to boost conversion and new user acquisition
  • Accountable for eCommerce overall budget control and sales analysis

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business/Marketing Communications/ eCommerce Business/Technology or related disciplines
  • At least 8-10 years working experiences in consumer product Sales and/ or marketing experience in the field of FMCG industry is highly preferable
  • Solid experience in online digital marketing, preferably in social media, influencer marketing and affiliate channels
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing e commerce programs in China, Hong Kong and Macau
  • Solid knowledge in the digital marketing, eCommerce channels landscape in China is a MUST
  • KPI driven and able to work under tight timeline
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communications skills
  • Creative and Open-minded, proactive, flexible, dynamic, resourceful and energetic
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • More experience will be considered as Senior eCommerce Manager
