Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation of digital, interactive and multimedia content for the website as well as social media
• Collaborate with print content to optimise stories for digital audiences. Collaborate with editors on development of new editorial projects
• Drive and seize opportunities to drive traffic and expand social media engagement and distribution of the Prestigeonline.com content
• Work closely with Product, Data, Marketing and Sales to drive innovation and growth
• Responsible for driving the digital strategy of the title, creating advertising campaigns and running digital optimization projects
  
  

Editorial

• Ensure the quality and operations of Prestigeonline.com are reflected in the PRESTIGE flagship product
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Editor to provide strong leadership on the editorial direction of Prestigeonline.com
• Be responsible for attaining the highest standards of objective, balanced publishing and promote professionalism and productivity
• Lead and supervise the digital team.
• Instill a high performance culture in the publishing group. Drive for excellence in content and operations
  
  

Leadership

• Manage content creation in view of our target reader segments and their information needs and implement strategic plans to enhance the editorial quality and relevance
• Identify and groom talent in the department. Proactively reach out to external talent for the future development of the team
  
  

Job Requirements

• At least 3+ years of extensive journalistic experience in writing, editing and management positions with a national or regional publication
• In-depth knowledge with online analytical tools and data analysis skills
• Extensive background with social media landscape and operations including Facebook, Twitter, Weibo and Wechat
• Strategic mindset and analytical with proven leadership capability and effective delegation
• Mature with a strong sense of integrity, responsibility and professional judgement
• Knowledgeable and current with the luxury sector, with extensive international background
• High proficiency in English
