Job Description
#### Position Description:


The Channel Account Manager is a sales role for Data Center Group business
growth. Sell product(s) to assigned Business Partners (Channel Partners).These
Business Partners (Channel Partners) may sell to other partners or to end
users.
• Understand assigned business partner’s business requirements, apply
knowledge of Lenovo product and/or solutions to help business partner to meet
their business objectives
• Focus on un-managed business partner recruitment and enablement
• Focus on non-name account engagement and business development
• Focus on edge server, storage, network and solution ecosystem building
• Develop various program to enable business partners.
• Track sales/marketing strategies, plans, education, initiatives, tactics or
promotions, tools and processes
• Assist business partners in preparing proposals or business cases for non-
complex offerings/solutions
• Plan and manage business partner incentive programs with internal
stakeholder support.

#### Position Requirements:


• Profound experience to collaborate with Distributors/Key resellers
• Strong background of Analytics Skills on Market Pricing, Trend.
• Strong operations background for Marketing Program
• At least 10 years relevant working experience highly related in data center
business is preferred.
• Must be a highly motivated self-starter and should possess strong
organizational, leadership, and written/oral communications skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimum of supervision
• Bachelor degree or above
