Ideal Candidate:

• Degree Holder in business, marketing or related discipline
• 1+ years of  working experience in coordination and execution of projects
• Take the initiative, proactive and able to work independently
• Energetic, positive and able to handle multi assignments
• Effective interpersonal communication skill
• Well organized, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin will be prioritized
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

Job Duties:

• Work closely with senior management to develop design and fee proposals and prepare the related document
• Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers
• Coordinate the design, selection and purchase of proposed materials internally
• Arrange procurement and deliverables schedule
• Assist in maintaining the marketing database and social media platform
