We’re looking for a IT support analyst to:

• provide production continuity and stability as part of a global and dynamic 24 x 5.5 support team
• resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize impact
• get involved in problem management to identify root causes and ensure issues don't reoccur
• automate manual processes and develop event based monitoring solutions
• prioritize, coordinate, and plan changes to the production environment to ensure problem free releases
• plan and participate in disaster recovery and business continuity exercises
• review and influence design, architecture, standards, and methodologies across the application and infrastructure technology stack before an application goes into production
