Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  •  Responsible for Admin related duties including its support, insurance, cleaning, uniform, repair and maintenance, etc.
  • Responsible recruitment activities including headcount maintenance, job advertising, interview scheduling and onboarding preparation, as well as leave administration
  • Responsible and maintain employee database, staff records, leave and attendance administration and time card calculation.
  • Responsible for incoming calls, visitors or enquiries greetings
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  •  HKDSE / Form 5 or above, 2 years working experience in the retail field
  • Good command in English, Cantonese
  • Good PC skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing is a must
  • Detail-minded with a pleasant personality
  • Well conversant in Employment Ordinance in Hong Kong
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
