Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Purchase of food products, packing materials, cutleries & equipment for our restaurants.
- Souring with suppliers, price negotiation, require of product qualities & the delivery schedule.
- Work with Operation team to plan & develop menu for cost savings.
- To assist the Food’s Workshop controlling of storage, quantity & the expiry.
- Monitor the purchasing team on daily route duties and also works with our restaurants on daily purchasing operation.
- Data management & stock control in regard to the purchasing system.
- Perform other various duties & ad-hoc projects within timeline.
Requirements:
- Well organized, Self-motivated, Proactive, Good communication with related departments.
- Good negotiation skills & able to work in tight schedule.
- At least 5 years of purchasing administration experience.
- Knowledge in food & Beverage is an advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, Internet etc).
- University graduate is necessary.
- Degree holder of related disciplines would be first priority.
