Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- To provide full spectrum of professional and personal assistance to Directors;
- Schedule and attend meetings, and co-ordinate with participants for follow up actions after the meeting
- To handle internal and external correspondences independently;
- Organize travel arrangements, prepare itinerary, presentation and meeting materials and other logistics arrangements;
- To attend all personal and social functions and follow-up with relevant parties (including non-office hour); and
- Perform ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements
- Degree holder in business administration or related discipline;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience is highly preferred;
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with flexible and independent personality;
- Positive, helpful, comfortable with multi-tasking and able to work under pressure;
- Sound IT knowledge, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Chinese Word Processing and Photoshop, etc;
- Able to work overtime and on flexihours;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
- Strong networker with highly developing social skill with different background of people; and
- Conscientious and mature, particularly in dealing with sensitive or confidential matters
