How will you make an impact? (Objetive)
The TSS provides technical support to Authorized Dealers and Thermo Fisher intern staff increasing the Dealers service level, coordinating service trainings in the Region and supporting to coworkers .The Service Specialist positively interacts with customers and Dealers to solve technical problems and identify areas to improve their work.
What will you do? (Responsabilities)
- Displays professionalism, understanding, tact, fairness and technical knowledge in all internal and external customer interactions. Follow our ethical business conduct guidance.
- Meet the response time metrics.
- Conducts low level service trainings.
- Provide feedback to product quality teams.
- Manage high numbers of emails / use of CRM
- Achieves specified revenue targets regarding spare parts or any other product line. Interacts with Dealers to maintain a spare parts safety stock and attendance to service classes.
- Collaborates with internal partners to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
- Knowledge of Qualification & Validation protocols.
- Maintains their technical competency level servicing new instrument and problems by attending trainings, staff meetings and remaining up to speed on new products, markets, customers and competitors.

Education Requirements:
Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering electronic, electrical and biomedical or related field or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience with related science, engineering and/or customer skills
- Uses effective questioning to identify customer needs.
- Deseable to have experience in Life Science instruments.
- Exercises judgment setting work priorities and identifies next steps.
- Requires minimal oversight.
- Ability to deal effectively with Dealers.
- Ability to read and understand electrical & pneumatic schematics.
- Excellent interpersonal, self-motivation and negotiating skills.
Working Conditions:
This position is going to be considered to be opened in any Country of LaTam
Frequent travel to customer/Dealers site is required and ranges from 10 - 15% of work time. Works in Must be able to work overtime and flexible shifts.
