-serving as a single-point-of-entry to all technology related questions
-driving technology discussions and serving as a ‘point of authority’ for technology decisions, drive PoCs and technology evaluations, make product / technology choices
-defining mid- and long-term technology road maps
-promoting technical quality within the delivery teams
-providing regular reports on program technology & quality compliance, road map execution and technology risks & issues
-assisting team with on boarding to applicable platforms, productivity and support services
-connecting the team to technology groups and ensure that proper technology decision makers are involved into the process
-driving technical documentation completion and quality
-ensuring compliance with tactical & strategic architecture and relevant technology standards
-establishing applicable technology best practices
-assisting teams with production and NFR issues RCA and remediation
-reviewing SDLC tickets- Make / approve key technology decisions
