The Client Company holds SFC license Type 4, 6 and 9
We are looking for full time employee with details as follows :
 
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or above in Finance or related disciplines
  • CFA / CPA Charter holder preferred
  • 5 years of relevant experiences in reputable and established financial institutions
  • 5 years of relevant experiences in bank financing
  • Hands-on experience in financial due diligence
  • Sound knowledge in private equity investment valuation, financial modeling and fundamental analysis
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills
  • Portfolio management skills are prerequisites
  • Familiarity with PE fund formation and fund raising processes
  • Working experience in sell-side or buy-side research team is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet targets
  • Understand and comply with the policies and procedures related tofinancial operations
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • With international vision and can adapt to frequent travel
 
Job Duties:
  • Participate on the investment projects management in early stage
  • ldentify trends and investment opportunities
  • Making investment decisions, including research, due diligence financial analysis, financial models, feasibility analysis reports investment meetings, M & A negotiations, valuation investment and financing programs and overall investment programs
  • Process participation includes pre-study, investment meetings, M & A negotiations, bank financing, real-time interpretation, and efficient writing of relevant meeting records and reports and investment letters of intent and agreements
  • Participate on the investment projects Management in late stage
  • Legal Procedures of Equity transfer
  • Investment efficiency control
  • Ensure compliance with investment mandate and relevant guidelines and regulations
  • Manage and monitor investment portfolio
  • Responsible for relevant settlement, clearing and document presentation
  • Research various investment opportunities as assigned
  • Support and work closely with boards of directors, providing value-adding internal consulting and strategy implementing service
  • Other ad-hoc project assigned
