Responsibilities:-

• Monitor the progress of maintenance works and make recommendations on improvement works;
• Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation;
• Manage regular and emergency repair and maintenance works;
• Monitor the contractors and in-house technicians to perform in required quality and safety standards;
• Prepare budget, tender document and manage the tendering process.

Job Requirements:-

• Holder of Degree/ Higher Diploma/ Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Studies or related discipline;
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade B or above);
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience in day-to-day operation, maintenance and facilities management and with at least 3 years in supervisory level;
• Good command of both spoken and written Putonghua and Chinese is must;
• Experience in property and facility management is must;
• Proficiency in PC applications in MS Office, MS project and AutoCAD;
• Self-initiative and able to work independently;
• Experience in new building handover work is preferable.
