Job Description

Purpose statement:

To support specific channels (CNDP/HKDP/MCDP) assigned to achieve its volume objectives by providing comprehensive administrative support in supply chain and logistics services, i.e. outbound logistics planning and customer service. 

 

Key Accountabilities:

Operational:

  • Manage customer ordering process and document preparation to achieve On Time In Full delivery to cope with Import Plan & Special Import Contract requirement
  • Manage stock delivery based on shelf life policy according to the terms of Master Contract
  • Validate the document for in market damaged stock accordance to the Company standard process as well as insurance claim processes
  • Price maintenance according to the terms of Master Contract
  • Reconciliate the payment of all freight, rebate and inspection charges with customer
  • Provide central support for a variety of Supply Chain processes
  • Analyse data in order to address and resolve ongoing problems within Supply Chain
  • Provide timely and accurate sales and inventory reports to stakeholder in different functions of the company in an agreed periodical basis
  • Continuity of improvement in customer supply performance
  • Co-ordinate with IT service team for problem solving on SAP application issue and enhancement

 

People

  • Establish an effective working relationship with key customers / 3PL / HK C&E as well as relevant departments within company in order to promote further collaboration between parties in implementing company policies and procedures. i.e. assist Finance team to perform Finished Good stock take
  • Respond to Order enquiries/Customer enquiries to ensure all customer requirements are met in accordance to the SLA with customer satisfaction
  • Provide practical and workable solution to gaps identified during data analysis

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Form 5 / DSE graduate, At least 3 years of supply chain / customer service experience in a FMCG company or others
  • Strong skills of Microsoft Office & SAP
  • Strong administration skills with a background within office work
  • Able to handle Trade Declaration EDI Processing
  • Good Communicator
  • On-job training skills
