Job Description
The Sales Coordinator will perform all duties in sales related operations including order processing, inventory keeping, call inquiries handling in order to support for the Operations Department for the imported product brands managed by the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle order processing and sales enquiries from channel and direct sales customers
- Handle incoming product inquiries/complaints from channel and direct sales customers
- Handle stock keeping, inventory control management and generate weekly/monthly sales reports
- Provide administrative support to Sales and Operations teams including data entry, document filing, logistic arrangement with sales order / POSM, trade-activities’ coordination and marketing activities’ support, etc.
- Regular store visit with channels for sales order follow-up, merchandise display, POSM display, stock-taking and competitors’ information update
Job Requirements:
- Form 7 Graduate or above
- Minimum 2 years related working experience in order processing
- Good command of spoken/written English and Chinese
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in using SAP system would be an advantage
- Immediate available is preferred
