Job Description
Job Requirements:
- diploma graduate / tertiary education
- responsible, good interpersonal and communication skills
- good team player
- proficient in MS Office and familiar with MS Word & Excel
- Chinese word processing is a must
- good command of written and spoken English / Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua).
- understanding of simplified Chinese is a must
- good tone and manner in handling phone calls
- diligent, polite and pleasant characteristics
- 2 years of working experience is preferred, fresh graduate is also welcome
- immediately available is preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- handle general administrative duties
- handle reception enquiries and guest greeting
- handle travel arrangements
- answering incoming calls and transferring daily enquiries
- maintain filing system
- daily mail handling and courier arrangement
- provide quality administrative and secretarial support to our professional teams
- manage the company database
- other ad hoc tasks as assigned
- working hours: 10:00a.m. – 7:00p.m.
