Your responsibilities
- Assisting to work out service solutions & implementing it, providing on-site installation & commissioning, monitor project progress as scheduled.
- Taking care of on-site quality problems & supporting customers for solving quality issues.
- Delivering safe equipment safely to customers, coordinating with in-/out-side resources to shoot troubles in project execution.
- Offer professional trainings to customer, file tech, materials & collecting information including customer feedbacks, quality issues, etc. to make further analysis for better improvement.
- Assisting service sales for developing biz market & maintaining customer relationship and implementing of service sales orders.

Your background
- Must have a bachelor’s degree, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation and other related professional.
- 2 years or above relevant working experience.
- Adapting frequent biz travels, working in harsh conditions.
- Good computer skill with office software.
- Must be fluent in both English and Chinese language. (written and spoken)
- Good communication skills, flexibility, teamwork spirit.
