Job Description
Job Duties:
- Handle full set of accounts independently
- Handle daily accounting duties including accounts receivable and payable, accounting reports and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare cash flow report
- Perform routine collection duties
- Support Year end Audit activities
- Prepare employees payroll, attendance record and MPF etc.
- Prepare employees contract & manage staff leave record.
- Responsible for general company administrative work.
Job Requirements:
- LCCI level 3 or Higher Diploma in Accountancy
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in Engineering industry
- Familiar with Accounting System - Quickbook is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, able to meet tight deadlines and be a good team player
- Numerical sensitive and with strong sense of responsibility
