Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Handle full set of accounts independently
  • Handle daily accounting duties including accounts receivable and payable, accounting reports and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare cash flow report
  • Perform routine collection duties
  • Support Year end Audit activities
  • Prepare employees payroll, attendance record and MPF etc.
  • Prepare employees contract & manage staff leave record.
  • Responsible for general company administrative work.


Job Requirements:

  • LCCI level 3 or Higher Diploma in Accountancy
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in Engineering industry
  • Familiar with Accounting System - Quickbook is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, able to meet tight deadlines and be a good team player
  • Numerical sensitive and with strong sense of responsibility
