Responsibilities:

Develop eCommerce Strategies across markets and Customers Development to drive eCom business growth and establish a solid eCom position for the Company in China, Hong Kong and Macao.

Work closely with external partners, suppliers, developer, marketing agencies for eCommerce channel(s)/ platform initiatives and execution plan.

Lead and continue enhance the Company eShop, knowledge in products selection, value chain calculation, logistics in eCommerce sector.

Partner with internal functions like Sales & Marketing for marketing and communications strategies across digital channels including social media (e.g. WeChat, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), website, mobile apps and other digital touchpoints.

Collaborate with Marketing team to manage digital marketing plan, calendar, channel feedback and data report.

Study the local market and the competitors to give insight on new and effective social media strategy to boost conversion and new user acquisition

Accountable for eCommerce overall budget control and sales analysis

Requirements:

Degree holder in Business/Marketing Communications/ eCommerce Business/Technology or related disciplines

At least 8 years working experiences in consumer product Sales and/ or marketing experience in the field of FMCG industry is highly preferable

Solid experience in online digital marketing, preferably in social media, influencer marketing and affiliate channels

Proven track record in designing and implementing e commerce programs in China, Hong Kong and Macau

Solid knowledge in the digital marketing, eCommerce channels landscape in China is a MUST

KPI driven and able to work under tight timeline

Strong analytical, problem solving and communications skills

Creative and Open-minded, proactive, flexible, dynamic, resourceful and energetic

Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

More experience will be considered as Senior eCommerce Manager
