Job Description

Job Descriptions:

1. Assist in handling and overseeing all around accounting and taxation functions, including monthly management accounts, group financial reporting, internal control and tax filing;
2. Monitor and manager daily accounting operations, including review full set of accounts, including Invoicing, AP, AR, GL;
3. Assist on consolidated financial reports and provide analysis on variances;
4. Prepare management reports, financial / management analysis and budget forecast;
5. Participate in year-end audit; and
6. Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by manager.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Accountant with a degree or above in related subjects;
2. Minimum 5 years' of accounting and finance experience;
3. Revevant experience with background in real estate and property investment industry will be an advantage;
4. Must be attentive to details;
5. A team player, highly detail oriented, well organized and self-motivated;
6. Good command of English and Chinese; and
7. Proficiency in using MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint & Word);
