Sales support of developer strategic purchasing tender and project implementation in segment team.
To speed up the bidding time, improve the efficiency of bidding and the consistency of bidding documents as well. After winning the bid for strategic purchasing tender, it is necessary to actively follow up the projects by the area sales of the project locations all over the country, and do a good job in the key links such as the local project manager, purchasing manager, panel builder and construction main contractor, so as to obtain the order.
Your responsibilities
- According to the company's relevant procedures and specifications, being responsible for the preparation of bidding documents, including pre-qualification data, technical and commercial tender preparation, binding and sealing, responsible for establishing and updating bidding database, filing and managing bidding data, responsible for archiving and management of strategic purchasing tender.
- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs,
- promote customer understanding of full product and align to provide a solution, ensuring a
- positive customer experience, determining effective bidding documents and products solutions and methods for developing to respond to customer requirements cost effectively, managing customer relationships and maintaining regular contacts with key customers, proactively communicating both with the customer and ABB sales teams to ensure customer needs are met and business opportunities utilized for order growth. Conducts specialist support for Sales team.
- According to the project progress node, collect the order forecast, and guarantee the
- customer's product delivery period with logistics operation, pushing sales to fill the correct and complete information Salesforce database of the projects, being responsible for the distribution of strategic purchasing performance of contracted developers, collect, sort out and analyze monthly sales performance report of developers.
- Participating in maintenance meetings and improvement activities to proactively provide suggestions for product and quality improvement and shares with ABB organization/management.
- Applying safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities. Reports unsafe practices and incidents.

Your background
- Must have a bachelor’s degree, Major in science or engineering (electrical automation major is preferred).
- At least 3 years of edit bid documents experience in related industries.
- Strong bidding document competency with capability & knowhow.
- Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce software.
- Strong learning ability, customer orientation, Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity required.
- Must be result driven, strong interpersonal and communication skills, be good at teamwork.
