As a Scientist, you will be part of the Electrification Business Research Center in Shenzhen
Your responsibilities
- Performing advanced power electronics related research activities in the area of power converter topology, converter control and modulation, EMC, packaging, etc.
- Ensuring successful execution and providing excellent technical contribution to research projects.
- Following up new technologies, having a clear view of technology development trends.

Your background
- Must have a PhD degree (or master’s degree with 5+ years’ research experience) major in power electronics or other related areas.
- Good innovation capability, solid experience in hardware prototyping and experiment to verify the ideas / solutions, good knowledge in power electronic converter / inverter topologies, self-motivated, team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Solid experience in DSP / FPGA firmware programing and PCB layout design would be a plus.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Ability to travel abroad, including short-term job rotation as required.
- Must be fluent in English language ( both speaking and writing).
