As a Scientist, you will be part of the Electrification Business Research Center in Shenzhen

Your responsibilities

• Performing advanced power electronics related research activities in the area of power converter topology, converter control and modulation, EMC, packaging, etc.
• Ensuring successful execution and providing excellent technical contribution to research projects.
• Following up new technologies, having a clear view of technology development trends.

Your background

• Must have a PhD degree (or master’s degree with 5+ years’ research experience) major in power electronics or other related areas.
• Good innovation capability, solid experience in hardware prototyping and experiment to verify the ideas / solutions, good knowledge in power electronic converter / inverter topologies, self-motivated, team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Solid experience in DSP / FPGA firmware programing and PCB layout design would be a plus.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• Ability to travel abroad, including short-term job rotation as required.
• Must be fluent in English language ( both speaking and writing).
