What You will be Doing

  • Responsible for carrying out a wide spectrum of customer service activities at specific store so as to maintain high service standard

  • Act as a service ambassador to handle customer relation issues and manage customer service hotline

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions with profession manner

  • Update CRM Systems record during daily calling activities;

  • Collect and analyze customers’ shopping behavior and comments

  • Liaise with customers for On-line e-commerce Assembling schedule

  • Prepare market research materials and assist in data/information consolidation

  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Form 5 / DSE holder or above

  • Minimum 2 year of retail banking or Call Centre experience is a must

  • 2 Year relevant work experience in customer service and complaint handling, with experience in retail industry is preferred

  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers

  • Customer oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Mature, well organized and a good team player

  • Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently

  • Proficiency in both Cantonese and English, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage

  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, fluent in Mandarin is preferred

  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
