What You will be Doing
Responsible for carrying out a wide spectrum of customer service activities at specific store so as to maintain high service standard
Act as a service ambassador to handle customer relation issues and manage customer service hotline
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions with profession manner
Update CRM Systems record during daily calling activities;
Collect and analyze customers’ shopping behavior and comments
Liaise with customers for On-line e-commerce Assembling schedule
Prepare market research materials and assist in data/information consolidation
Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Form 5 / DSE holder or above
Minimum 2 year of retail banking or Call Centre experience is a must
2 Year relevant work experience in customer service and complaint handling, with experience in retail industry is preferred
High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
Customer oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Mature, well organized and a good team player
Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently
Proficiency in both Cantonese and English, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, fluent in Mandarin is preferred
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
