Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To handle enquiries / coplaints of customers at the reception counter in managed property
  • To carry out daily operations of commercial building to deliver premier services to tenants
  • Show property to the clients and handle take over / hand over of premises
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by supervisor


Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in Property Management
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office, Chinese word processing
  • Customer-oriented, responsible, patient and flexible
  • Holder of Security Personnel Permit is a must
  • Immediately available is an added advantage
