How will you make an impact?

Support site operations to assure products are produced, tested and released, to our customers, on time and in full. Maintain site and applicable equipment meeting all safety, quality and cost aspects.

What will you do?

• Use independent judgement to analyze, troubleshoot, and repair complex equipment and machinery.
• Read and interprets schematics, technical manuals, diagrams, and equipment specifications.
• Assist in the installation and removal of equipment, and performance of corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic components.
• Install and repair gear boxes, conveyors, mechanical components.
• Rig and install Small equipment.
• Install and repair piping, tubing, and hoses for hydraulics, water, and air
• Weld and fabricate.
• Repair and install hydraulic and pneumatic pumps, motors, and valves
• Building and facility maintenance, plumbing, concrete, structure, painting.
• Install and adjust chains, belts, gears.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lift and pallet jack.

  Education

  High School Diploma / GED

  Experience

• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Mechanical Trade in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Works independently with minimal supervision.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
• Effectively works in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration.
• GMP knowledge.
• CMMS Maintenance Management System knowledge.
• Demonstrates ability to communicate (verbal and written) to supervisors & managers and external contractors and vendors.
• Ability to wear a face covering for long periods of time.
• Ability to wear a face shield periodically.
• Ability to work at heights and hot/cold conditions.
• Ability to Lift, push, pull, and moving of equipment and machinery up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in awkward and difficult position.
• Able to work any shift.
• Able to work overtime.
