Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, monitor performance of retail shops to maximize sales performance, manpower efficiency and customer service standards
• Management of front-line staffing functions, including recruitment, ongoing performance management to ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operational efficiencies
• Management of all store operational issues including customer complaints and inquiries
• Implement company goals, policies and procedures to ensure the standards for quality of customer service and health and safety are met
• Lead, coach, motivate and mentor the front-line sales team
• Work closely with Marketing team to execute promotions, displays and events
• Analyse weekly and monthly sales activity, revenue reports to ensure adherence to budgets, business plans and sales targets
• Analyse market trends, perform product sales and sales analysis
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• 15+ years business operation management experience in a sizable retail organization
• Strong knowledge in woman’s sportswear
• Detail minded, good coordination and organizational skills
• Strong business sense and analytical skills
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
