About Role:

Seeking a project management professional in the server business to assist
Technical Project Manager to achieve project goals. Candidates should have a
proven successful record of delivering server systems or related products on-
time and should have a demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an
innovative and fast paced environment.

The PJM role at Lenovo will be part of the multi-disciplinary teams through
the product execution phase process. The candidate is responsible for
preparing RFQ in project planning, manage polling content and accuracy, and
responsibly track materials and distribution.  The PJM will be responsible for
the coordination and planning of engineering builds at the supplier and drive
the issue fixing to ensure the timely release to production.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end material/build management including overseeing project builds,
budget spending, and conduct polling demands and distribution
• Handle PR/PO releasing, ETA tracking, parts shipping, API securing, logistic
and distribution to each function teams
• Manage and control defect management activities
• Collaborate with external suppliers/ ODMs to secure project deliverables

• Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and priority setting skills
• Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Experienced with working with suppliers
• Comfortable with writing and communicating to peer, management, and
customers in both Mandarin and English

Preferred Requirements
• 5+ years Server Development Project Management experience
