Responsibilities:

• Oversee and plan all site activities
• Monitor and review the operation of construction projects
• Lead the project team to monitor the on-going projects and preparation of statutory submission by contractors
• Lead the construction team and monitor the contractors and construction activities to comply with company requirement and standard

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Civil / Structural Engineering or related disciplines
• Min. 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial level, experience in fitting out is highly preferred
• Capable of working independently and self-motivation
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, systematic and able to work under pressure
