Your responsibilities

• Working on robot drive training components calculation, optimization and specification, Robot performance and loads calculation, simulation and optimization.
• Working on machine elements (bolt, interference fit joint, bearing...) calculation and reliability analysis.
• Performing root cause analysis of mechanical problems, such as vibration and accuracy.
• Completing analysis report and keeping traceability and continuously improving analysis efficiency and quality, developing and maintaining analysis software.
• Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

• Must have a master’s degree major in mechanical engineer or mechanics (mechanical design, mechatronics, mechanics, etc.).
• Good knowledge in robotics kinematics and dynamics modeling, theoretical mechanics required.
• Good knowledge in motor and gear driving train system.
• Must be familiar with C++/Python/Matlab etc. mainstream programming language.
• Knowledge in robotics motion control/data analysis/machine learning/signal processing is a plus.
• English level of CET6, good oral, listening, reading and written ability required.
• Skills like teamwork spirit, collaboration with local and international team required.
