The BMW UK Apprentice Training department is responsible for meeting the training needs of the apprentices of the BMW Group businesses in the UK (dealerships are not included in this).These businesses include three high volume production plants in Oxford, Swindon and Coleshill (near Birmingham) and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars business in West Sussex. These businesses employ over 220 apprentices. 90% of our apprentices are being trained on a technical program with the remainder in various business programs.

• Integration into the team through specific tasks which will generate understanding of current business processes.
• Organisation and co-ordination of training activities and topics.

• Undertaking a Bachelor’s degree in the field of Business or Human Resources, progressing towards a minimum 2:1 or completed a Bachelors Business or Human Resources Degree and is intending to start a Master’s Degree upon completion of their internship.
