Job Goal
Ensure high quality in all product visuals produced in Graphic DG
Primary Responsibilities:
• Take charge of Corporate Design, concept design and high-quality standards implementation for all product visuals
o Work after Corporate Design - visual language - (concepts and guidelines) defined by Graphic Department Berlin
o Operate CD, concepts, standards database
o Create MA(Mobile Accessory) concept
• Conduct quality control and final approval on all product visuals
o Check quality of all photos, pictures, 3D renderings and videos
o Operate final approval and upload processes in kwNET
o Operate MA change tasks and handle re-approval
• Discharge and support of Art Director Berlin
o Support quality and standard related projects of Graphic team Berlin
o Oversee and conduct constant trainings for Graphic department DG
• Act as go-to-expert for product visuals quality
o Closely cooperate with Art Director/Graphic Team in Berlin Head Quarters
o Central point of truth DG for all Graphic standards
o Decision power in art and quality related questions
o Report to Graphic Team Lead CN
• Manage and develop Visual Design team
o Manage Visual Design team in daily quality check operation, team KPIs, reporting
o Act as administrative team lead
o Improve all team members
o Quality improvement and trainings

The right candidate must be experienced in
- Having 5+ years of Visual Design experience, major or degree in Visual Design, Photography, or other art related area. Formal drawing training or similiar is a must
- Keen eye for design/quality and details (texture, light reflection, shadow, colour)
- Expert command of Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign, with outstanding portfolio
- Very good English communication skill, spoken and written
- Outgoing and able to communicate freely, also with foreigners
- Bringing a positive proactive approach to solving problems
- Able to lead projects to deliver high quality outcome
- Ability to transfer knowledge & implementation of trainings, team leading experience is an advantage
