Job Description:
- Provide administrative and clerical duties in various administrative functions
- Handle all correspondences for the project team and maintain the filing system
- Follow up renewal of contract and license;
- Handle general office administrative works including, supplies ordering, office facilities maintenance, insurance, documentary logistic, etc.
- Collaborate with both internal and external parties on daily business operations
- Assist to organize company’s activities and events
Requirements:
- DSE / Form 5
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
- Stable, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese
