Job Description

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative and clerical duties in various administrative functions
  • Handle all correspondences for the project team and maintain the filing system
  • Follow up renewal of contract and license;
  • Handle general office administrative works including, supplies ordering, office facilities maintenance, insurance, documentary logistic, etc.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external parties on daily business operations
  • Assist to organize company’s activities and events

 

Requirements:

  • DSE / Form 5
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
  • Stable, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese
