RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the communication plan from definition to implementation, ensuring all communication to FIS stakeholders is consistent, clear, attractive and timely
• Manage and develop FIS external communication platforms: websites (Drupal and WordPress) and social media (FB/Insta/Twitter/LinkedIn)
• Perform analytics
• Suggest new trends/tools to ensure efficient communication
• Create content for different media (website, newsletters, brochures, fairs…) and audiences (current parents, prospective parents, internal staff, pupils, corporate partners, institutional…)

• Deliver first class communication style including tailor made designs, infographics
• Translate & interpret marketing and communications documents from English to French and vice-versa
• Proof-read rigorously communications before publication
• Act as an ambassador for FIS

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native English speaker with a good command of French
• Strong presentation and communication skills: writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design
• Proven experience in managing effectively website, social media and any other communication channels
• Strong knowledge of creative design and video applications/softwares : Adobe Suite, Canva, Powtoon, Mailchimp, etc.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to work cross-functionally demonstrating great interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and occasionally work under pressure
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of commitment, positivity, innovation and adaptability is essential
• Holder of a ‘Dependant visa’ or Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card

CONDITIONS:

• 39 hours per week – Full time
• Entitled to 5 weeks of annual leave per year
