Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Handle full spectrum of order processing in ERP system
  • Update order status or make system adjustment for order, invoice, return note
  • Handle salesman and customers enquiry or requests as when required
  • Deal with transportation team about delivery issue
  • Prepare daily sales report for commercial team
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by superior
Requirement:
  • Diploma holder or above
  • 2-3 years relevant working experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, can to be a good team player
  • Proficient in MS Office application such as Excel. Word etc
  • Familiar with ERP/WMS experience e.g. Oracle or SAP
  • Working Location: Shatin (near MTR station)
