Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of order processing in ERP system
- Update order status or make system adjustment for order, invoice, return note
- Handle salesman and customers enquiry or requests as when required
- Deal with transportation team about delivery issue
- Prepare daily sales report for commercial team
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by superior
- Diploma holder or above
- 2-3 years relevant working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, can to be a good team player
- Proficient in MS Office application such as Excel. Word etc
- Familiar with ERP/WMS experience e.g. Oracle or SAP
- Working Location: Shatin (near MTR station)
