#### Position Description:


Responsible for factory production planning and order management. Coordinate
factory all functions to achieve build plan and customer order requirement.
•      Make daily production operation plan for SMT/Test/Assembly/Packaging
according to factory capacity and materials readiness. Identify production
risks and drive cross functions resolve issues to make production lines stable
with good linearity.
•       Conducts daily production meeting with Purchasing, Logistics, 3PL
provider to communicate order fulfillment requirements and identify issues.
Reviews all order fulfillment issues, determines resolutions, and provides
actions to appropriate individuals as required.
•       Analyzes material requirements to fulfill customer orders by Forecast
and Customer Requested Ship Date (CRSD) and coordinates actions across the
supply chain to close gaps.
•       Provides and coordinates close in ship plan as well as a ship quantity
outlook to 3PL provider on daily basis.
•       Manage and drive weekly operations review focused on future customer
forecast, CTB (Clear To Build), upcoming promotions, and overall inventory
planning
•       Supports required managerial and operational reporting.

#### Position Requirements:


Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Business Management
•       Fluent in English (written and verbal)
•       At least 5 years of experience in master planning / order management
and fulfillment in multinational firm
•       Experienced with MRP functionality and demand/ supply planning systems

•       Knowledge of key inventory control and management
•       Strong quantitative skills such as statistics and data analysis ¬
•       Self¬-motivated and quick learner with an open mind to new challenges
