Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform reception duties such as handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing courier / mail / fax arrangement
  • Perform general administrative duties and provide clerical support and coordination to company
  • Order office & pantry supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Coordinate conference room bookings (preparation and follow through, including hosting/serving guests, getting beverage and clearing up etc)
  • Manage the reception area, meeting room & client’s lounge and ensure they are tidy and presentable
  • Participate in organizing and coordinating Company events and activities
  • Occasionally outdoor work is required
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

 
Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above with 2-3 years relevant solid experience in receptionist / customer services
  • Proficient in PC knowledge such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Strong sense of responsibility, independent, initiative and excellent communication skill
  • Good command of spoken and written Putonghua, English and Cantones
