Job Description

Job Description : 

  1. Perform general front desk duties, such as handle incoming calls and conference
  2. room reservations, greet visitors.
  3. Outdoor duties, such as going to bank and post office, collecting and delivering
  4. documents.
  5. General office duties, such as photocopying, scanning and document binding.
  6. Maintain clean and hygiene office area.

 

Requirement :

  1. F5 / DSE / Certificate holder or above, min. 1 year experience in administration
  2. or related disciplines.
  3. Responsible, hardworking and independent individual.
  4. Good PC knowledge including MS word and Excel.
  5. Immediate available is preferred.
