Job Description :
- Perform general front desk duties, such as handle incoming calls and conference
- room reservations, greet visitors.
- Outdoor duties, such as going to bank and post office, collecting and delivering
- documents.
- General office duties, such as photocopying, scanning and document binding.
- Maintain clean and hygiene office area.
Requirement :
- F5 / DSE / Certificate holder or above, min. 1 year experience in administration
- or related disciplines.
- Responsible, hardworking and independent individual.
- Good PC knowledge including MS word and Excel.
- Immediate available is preferred.
