• Responsible for envisioning and developing research and development capabilities for the world first commercialization ;
• Developing evidence of the validity and advanced utility of research projects, and communicating with the scientific communities concerning capabilities and scientific product offerings;
• Conduct pre-clinical and clinical trial planning and practice;
• Unique development and advanced implementation of Ostrich Antibody Extraction Technology for pharmaceutics;
• Supervise R&D Development through managing, tasks assigning and mentoring the R&D Associates;
• Working closely with our Japanese partner scientists as well as managing directors in developing our Ostrich Antibody projects;
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
