Responsibilities

• Receive shipment booking and follow up shipment schedule;
• Handle I/E documents and issue the debit note;
• Communicate with inter-offices and clients;
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of data entry;
• Assisting in vessel operations.

Requirements

• F.5 or above with over 1 year working experience in shipping or logistics industry, experience in feeder, liner and forwarder company is preferred
• Experience in handling I/E documents, operations and consolidations
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail minded and willing to work under pressure
• Proficiency in PC operations and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Immediate available will be an advantage.
