1.Organize and prepare architecture drawings and plans for submission.
2.Prepare Tender Report to clients and architects with the supervision of Project Director.
3. Assist Project Director in project coordination especially in the meeting with local architects, clients and contractors.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related major, have 2 – 4 years working experience in large architectural design practices;
2. Can lead the design teams and coordinate with both client and consultants.
3. Has the knowledge of both national and local design regulations.
4. Skillfully in: AutoCad,Rhino,Sketchup,Photoshop, etc.
5. Has a strong sense of responsibility; good team-working and communication skills.
