We are a consumer electronics trading company which located at Kwun Tong area and we are now seeking for the following position to cope our company expansion.

Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for sales order processing and shipment follow up
• Orders follow-up and preparation of documentation (issuing PI, PO, export documents)
• Handle daily correspondences with customer and factory
• Support on all kind of sales meeting and sales activities
• Assist other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
• Form 5 or above
• Min. 2 years solid experience in trading or manufacturing industry
• Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately available is preferred
