How will you make an impact? (Objetive)
Execute back office activities for channel partners and key accounts, on order fulfillment. Be primary point of contact to support any customer requests providing excellence on service and drive growth of assigned accounts
What will you do? (Responsabilities)
1- Perform entire workflow of an order fulfillment with a customer by attending calls or replying e-mails for quotation support, edit customer profile information, complaints, order status, delivery time information, product return or replacement and order canceling.
2- Support Commercial strategy, promoting marketing activities by providing information as needed for projects and participating on actions towards internal and external customers as necessary.
3- Back office support such as; entering customer purchase orders into the system, assisting local shipping procedures, ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, supervise the receiving incoming material.
4- Report on a monthly basis Open Order Report Status to key accounts.
5 - Be able to support customers with basic technical support.
How will you get here?
1 . Previous experience as customer service representative or similar position with similar tasks and responsibilities for a minimum of 2 years.
2- Previous knowledge of ERP systems functionalities
3- Experience with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
4- Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing, Science, or equivalent.
5 - Any experience in government Institutions order and suppliers contest.
6 - Any experience in call center attention.
7 - English skills
