We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer who can take up the challenge to solve the technical issues of the Building Services systems. The incumbent should have the technical knowledge and the ability to communicate empathetically with internal and external parties.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in relevant Engineering discipline with minimum 15 years’ experience in building maintenance and project management 
• Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client (vendor/ consultant/contractor) and staff demands 
• Strong negotiation and contractor management skills
• Critical Systems Management experience 
• Relevant qualification in Occupational Health & Safety 
• Good communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese 
• Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems 
• Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable 
• Proven team leadership skills
