工作職責: 

1. 協助建立全面的市場銷售戰略，全面負責公司的業務拓展；
2. 制定公司發展戰略和運營目標、年度銷售計畫，落實公司的發展計畫；
3. 負責對公司投資項目的研究、拓展本港、内地及海外銷售渠道；
4. 維護並推進公司與合作夥伴及客戶的穩定關係；
5. 專業辨別產品種類，瞭解產品價格；
6. 發起，計劃和監視營銷和促銷活動，例如展覽，合作夥伴計劃，營銷材料等。 

職位要求： 

1. 全日制本科或以上商科學歷；
2. 五年或以上的香精香料製造或日化行業工作經驗，瞭解產品價格；其中兩年或以上高級管理經驗；
3. 擁有流利的粵語、國語和良好的英語，並擁有良好的溝通能力、問題解決能力、領導能力、市場拓展能力；
4. 具備強烈責任感，自發性及成果導向的工作態度；
5. 需要頻繁出差和靈活的工作時間；
6. 熟悉主要辦公軟件及ERP系統，能夠中文輸入；
7. 有內地及海外銷售管道資源或經驗的應聘者優先考慮。

Job responsibilities:

1. Assist in the establishment of a comprehensive marketing strategy and be fully responsible for the company's business development;
2. Formulate the company's development strategy and operation goals, annual sales plan, and implement the company's development plan;
3. Responsible for the research of the company's investment projects and the expansion of local, mainland and overseas sales channels;
4. Maintain and promote the stable relationship between the company and its partners and customers;
5. Professionally identify product types and understand product prices;
6. Initiate, plan and monitor marketing and promotional activities, such as exhibitions, partner programs, marketing materials, etc.

Job Requirements:

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above in business disciplines;
2. Five years or more work experience in flavor and fragrance manufacturing or chemical industry, with knowledge in product prices; in which two years or more were in senior management positions;
3. Speak fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and good English, with good communication skills, problem solving skills, leadership, and market development skills;
4. With a strong sense of responsibility, initiation and result-oriented work attitude;
5. Able to travel frequently and have flexibility in working hours;
6. Familiar with main office software and ERP system, able to input Chinese;
7. Candidates with resources or experience in sales channels in the Mainland and overseas are preferred.
