Responsibilities:

• Acting as technical adviser on site for supervision of subcontractors and operatives
• Prepare site progess reports and keep record for works carried out
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site
• Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of construction
• Prepare programme and execute works for site operations to meet with completion of works requirements
• Resolving and unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
• Familiar with market price figures and possession of solid experience in tender works, budget costing, subletting, handling VO and sub-contractor payment

Requirements:

• High Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Management Studies
• Minimum 10 years of experience in estimating fitting-out, A&A work, building maintenance & civil works
• Driving license (Class 1,2)
• Proficiency in MS Office, Project, AutoCAD & Outlook
• Strong motivate and energetic
• Excellent business skills, project management, budgeting and analysis
• Strong network with sub-contractors and materials suppliers are preferable
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
