Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to plan and execute various marketing and promotions activities
• Conduct market research, identify new markets and develop relations to build up our brand identity
• Write content for bilingual marketing collateral, both digital and printed forms
• Work closely with media, vendors and internal unites to ensure successful implementation of PR and marketing for recruitment related activities
• Perform other ad-hoc projects when required
• Assist in planning, formulating and executing PR communication strategies & activities, including but not limited to:
• creating marketing contents: work with team members and management to develop marketing contents for various product and initiatives, ensuring consistency in message delivery and timeliness.  
• Ensure that all external and internal marketing communication, brand website content, design and photography functionality meets the needs of the company

Requirement

• Degree in Marketing, PR, Business Management or other related disciplines preferred
• Good writing skills, PC knowledge, familiar with MS Office, Excel, Google Analytics, Photoshop and PowerPoint
• Someone that takes initiative, responsible, can work both independently as in team
• Great interpersonal skills 

• Knowledge of financial field preferred but not required
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese preferred

• At least 2 years experience in Marketing or PR preferred. However, we are open to train and work closely with our staff to build "experience"
• Willing to learn and not afraid to work in a very dynamic "startup" environment
• Outdoor
