• Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Construction or equivalent.
• 3 years or above of QS experience in construction projects. 
• Thorough knowledge and experience in estimating, tendering and post contract activities.
• Less experiences can be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
