Reporting to the Administration Manager, this candidate requires to:

  • Issue debit notes and fee invoices and handle receivables for the Company;
  • Manage all receipts and payments including updating of accounting entries;
  • Prepare and complete management accounts for the Company
  • Prepare and complete management accounts for client companies being assigned from time to time
  • Update debit note and invoices register
  • Administrative duties including filings, IT supports, etc.


Requirements

  • Full set of accounts knowledge
  • Use of computer software Peachtree and Excel, iCloud accounting
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Good command of English.
