Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Receive & record verbal or written orders from clients requesting maintenance, service or repair work
- Maintain and keep records of service and maintenance work orders, service reports and relating documents.
- Perform other administrative duties to support Engineering as assigned.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Well versed in ERP inventory system and Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- Must be detail oriented
- Immediate availability is preferred
